HAUS vs TrackMyPG: which PG software should you use?
TrackMyPG charges a flat monthly fee per plan. HAUS is free for small PGs and charges per bed above that. Which is cheaper depends on your size.
HAUS and TrackMyPG are both PG management software for Indian owners. TrackMyPG has flat monthly plans (₹299, ₹599 and ₹999) and strong invoicing, expense and profit-and-loss tracking. HAUS is free for one PG with up to 15 beds, then ₹29 per bed, and adds a tenant app for payments, KYC, issues and e-signed agreements.

When TrackMyPG is the better choice
- You have more than about 20 beds and want the lowest flat monthly price.
- You need GST invoices, expense tracking or a profit-and-loss report today.
- You want team members with role-based access.
When HAUS is the better choice
- You run one PG with up to 15 beds and want to pay nothing.
- You want residents to do their part themselves: pay, upload KYC, raise issues with photos and e-sign agreements in their own app.
- You want move-out requests and deposit settlement handled in the same place.

Is HAUS cheaper than TrackMyPG?
For one PG with up to 15 beds, yes: HAUS is free and TrackMyPG Basic is ₹299 a month. Above about 20 beds, TrackMyPG's flat plans cost less than HAUS's ₹29 per bed.
Does HAUS do GST invoices like TrackMyPG?
Not yet. HAUS records rent, charges and payments, and residents get email receipts, but GST invoices are not available today.
Which has a tenant app?
HAUS gives every resident a web app, with no download, for dues, UPI payments, KYC uploads, issues and agreements. TrackMyPG's public listing does not mention a tenant app.
