HAUS pricing: free up to 15 beds, then ₹29 per bed
Every feature is included on every plan. You only pay for size, and rent always goes straight to you.
HAUS is PG and hostel management software for India. It is free for one property with up to 15 beds. Above that, HAUS Pro costs ₹29 per bed per month for up to 5 properties. Rent from your residents goes directly to your UPI ID, and HAUS takes no commission on it.

Pro is billed on every bed you have, with a minimum of 4 beds (₹116 a month).

What every plan includes
- Bed map: Every property, floor, room and bed, with who is where and which beds are vacant.
- Rent roll: Month-by-month dues per tenant, partial payments, and charges such as electricity, maintenance or meals.
- UPI payments to you: Residents pay your own UPI ID or QR code. HAUS never holds the money and takes no commission. They add the UPI reference, you confirm it, and an email receipt goes out.
- Tenant web app: No download. Residents log in with Google or a one-time link, see their dues, pay, upload KYC, raise issues and sign their agreement.
- KYC documents: Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving licence, voter ID or college ID. Aadhaar is stored masked, with only the last 4 digits kept.
- Rent agreements: Leave & licence agreements generated from the tenant's details, signed by you, then e-signed by the tenant with a drawn signature and an email code. Both get the PDF.
- Issue tracker: Residents raise issues with photos. You assign them to staff, move them to in progress and mark them fixed.
- Announcements: Post to one property or all of them. Residents see it in their app and can get it by email.
- Move-out settlement: Residents request move-out in the app. HAUS works out notice, pending dues and the deposit refund for you to approve.
- WhatsApp reminders: One tap opens WhatsApp with the amount due and the tenant's app link already written. You press send.
On the way, not live yet: automatic WhatsApp reminders, UPI AutoPay, staff attendance, expense tracking and a monthly P&L.
How billing works
- Pay for HAUS Pro by UPI AutoPay or card through our payment partner, Dodo Payments. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Your bill follows your bed count. Add or remove beds and the next charge is adjusted, prorated to the day.
- Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, nothing is deleted. Adding tenants, beds or properties beyond the free plan pauses until the payment goes through.

Is HAUS really free?
Yes. One property with up to 15 beds is free, with every feature included and no time limit. You only pay when you have more than 15 beds or more than one property.
Does HAUS take a cut of my rent?
No. Residents pay your own UPI ID or QR code directly. HAUS never holds the money and charges no commission or payment fee on rent.
What happens if I cancel HAUS Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again. After that you can keep using HAUS within the free plan, and nothing you added is deleted.
How do I pay for HAUS Pro?
By UPI AutoPay or card, through Dodo Payments. The invoice goes to your email.
Is there a plan for chains and large hostels?
